Shoot, travel, delivery, and reschedule policies.

Booking and Deposits
Orders are requests until AllPoint Visual confirms the scope, date, access, airspace, and payment details. A single-property request may be submitted without an existing account and connected to the Project Portal afterward. Coordinated orders containing two or more properties require sign-in so their projects, discounts, payment, schedules, assignments, and deliveries remain linked. A deposit may be required before a shoot is scheduled.
Scheduling Windows
Customers may submit preferred appointment windows. AllPoint Visual reviews route timing, job length, weather, light, access, drone constraints, and owner availability before sending the final confirmed time.
Travel and Mileage
Travel is calculated from the AllPoint Visual base in Chandler, Arizona to the service address and back. ZIP estimates are early estimates; the selected Google address and final service route are used when Google Routes is connected.
Weather and Rescheduling
Outdoor, drone, twilight, sports, and event work may be rescheduled for weather, light, wind, airspace, or site access. Reschedule windows are handled as early as practical.
Cancellations
Cancellation, no-show, lockout, and late reschedule charges depend on the confirmed order, travel, reserved time, and work already completed. Any refund or credit is handled through the confirmed invoice or written agreement.
Drone and Access
Drone services depend on FAA rules, legal airspace, LAANC approval when required, weather, visibility, and safe launch/landing conditions. Clients are responsible for property access, permissions, pets, gates, alarms, and site contacts.
Delivery
Deliverables are provided digitally through the customer account or a delivery link. Turnaround depends on the package, editing scope, payment status, revision requests, and file-transfer setup. Download and archive timing can vary by storage provider.
Revisions and Rush Work
Standard editing is included as described in the selected package. Rush delivery, advanced cleanup, alternate cuts, reshoots, or edits outside the confirmed scope may be quoted separately.
