Shoot, travel, delivery, and reschedule policies.

Booking and Deposits
Orders are requests until Allpoint Visuals confirms the scope, date, access, airspace, and payment details. A single-property request may be submitted without an existing account and connected to the Project Portal afterward. Coordinated orders containing two or more properties require sign-in so their projects, discounts, payment, schedules, assignments, and deliveries remain linked. A deposit may be required before a shoot is scheduled.
Scheduling Windows
Customers may submit preferred appointment windows. Allpoint Visuals reviews route timing, job length, weather, light, access, drone constraints, and owner availability before sending the final confirmed time.
Travel and Mileage
Travel is calculated from the Allpoint Visuals base in Chandler, Arizona to the service address and back. ZIP estimates are early estimates; the selected Google address and final service route are used when Google Routes is connected.
Weather and Rescheduling
Outdoor, drone, twilight, sports, and event work may be rescheduled for weather, light, wind, airspace, or site access. Reschedule windows are handled as early as practical. Weather reschedules are free.
Cancellations
Cancelling or rescheduling is free 24 hours or more before your shoot. Inside 24 hours, rescheduling is $50 and cancelling is $75. If we can't get in or the property isn't ready when we arrive (after a 15-minute wait and a call), there is a $95 trip fee plus the order's travel fee, and we rebook at the normal price. Rescheduling for weather (our call) is always free. These fees are never discounted. Custom quotes and written agreements may set different terms. Any refund or credit is handled through the confirmed invoice or written agreement.
Reshoots
If a reshoot is needed because of our mistake or the weather, it's free (we make that call, the same way we handle re-edits). If something changed on your side (the location or subject wasn't ready or changed), a reshoot visit is $149 plus normal travel, with no photo cap: we reshoot whatever needs it. A full redo is booked as a new shoot at the full list price of the original order plus travel. Reshoot fees are never discounted.
Drone and Access
Drone services depend on FAA rules, legal airspace, LAANC approval when required, weather, visibility, and safe launch/landing conditions. Clients are responsible for property access, permissions, pets, gates, alarms, and site contacts.
Delivery
Deliverables are provided digitally through the customer account or a delivery link. Turnaround depends on the package, editing scope, payment status, revision requests, and file-transfer setup. Download and archive timing can vary by storage provider.
Revisions and Rush Work
Standard editing is included as described in the selected package. Your first re-edit is free when you request it within 7 days and before downloading. After that, re-edits are $1.50 per photo, $10 minimum and $35 maximum per order for each round. Our own mistakes are always fixed free once the owner confirms. Downloading the full-size files accepts the set and closes the free re-edit; orders with no response approve automatically after 7 days. Reshoots are handled separately. Rush delivery is priced in your order. Advanced cleanup, alternate cuts, or edits outside the confirmed scope may be quoted separately. Reshoots follow the Reshoots section above.
