Every shoot is build-your-own. Listing photos are priced by the home's square footage, and every other shoot starts from a base you size to the job. You add extras as you go and see the total before you book. Add more and the add-ons cost less, up to 25% off.

All of Arizona. We're based in Chandler and drive statewide. Put in the address when you book and any travel cost shows up before you commit. Out of state? Send us a note and we'll price the trip.

Travel is calculated for your address at checkout. Anywhere in Arizona the travel cost shows in your total before you book, so there are no surprises later. Out-of-state trips are quoted separately.

Everything lands in your client portal: a private gallery with full-size downloads, plus MLS-size files and a shareable property page for listings.

Open your gallery, tap “Request a change” on the photo, and tell us what's off. Your first re-edit is free if you ask within 7 days and before you download. After that it's $1.50 a photo ($10 minimum, $35 max per round). Our own mistakes are always fixed free once the owner confirms.

We confirm the delivery time when we schedule your shoot. Need it faster? Most services offer rush delivery when you book.

Yes. Make a free account and keep a saved cart or quick-start pick. Next time you just pick the address and the date.

Ask from your client portal or call (480) 382-3380. Cancelling or rescheduling is free 24 hours or more before your shoot. Inside 24 hours, rescheduling is $50 and cancelling is $75. If we can't get in or the property isn't ready when we arrive (after a 15-minute wait and a call), there is a $95 trip fee plus the order's travel fee, and we rebook at the normal price. Rescheduling for weather (our call) is always free. These fees are never discounted.

If a reshoot is needed because of our mistake or the weather, it's free (we make that call, the same way we handle re-edits). If something changed on your side (the location or subject wasn't ready or changed), a reshoot visit is $149 plus normal travel, with no photo cap: we reshoot whatever needs it. A full redo is booked as a new shoot at the full list price of the original order plus travel. Reshoot fees are never discounted.
