Do I need an account to submit a request?
A single-property request can be submitted with your name and email; you can activate the Project Portal afterward. Coordinated orders with two or more properties require sign-in so every project, payment, schedule, assignment, and delivery stays connected.
Is the preferred time guaranteed?
No. Preferred windows are requests. AllPoint confirms timing after reviewing scope, route, access, weather, and any project constraints.
How is travel priced?
The builder calculates round-trip travel from Chandler, Arizona. The first 30 round-trip miles are included; the service address determines any additional travel line.
When will the work be delivered?
Each package displays its target timeline. Final timing depends on confirmed scope, production conditions, payment status, and any revisions.
